Q: Is there a resort fee? Yes. It's $35 per day plus taxes, and collected at check in. The resort fee covers the cost of one free parking and the use of the hotel amenities like the Swimming pool and Wifi for your stay.

Q: Is parking available? Yes, we have enclosed onsite parking at the North building and an open parking at the South building with in and out privileges. Parking fee is included in the Resort fee.
Q: How close is 14 West Boutique Hotel to the beach? 14 West Boutique Hotel is approximately 200 steps across from the ocean.
Q: What is the layout of the North building Studios? Each studio in our hotel has a unique furnishing style and a full kitchenette and bed. You can also enjoy in some rooms a cozy seating area with either a sofa, lounge or dining set and a spacious walk-in closet. The rooms have the same layout, but different decorations.
Q: Is there a restaurant on-site? We do not have a restaurant on-site, however, there are tons of restaurant within walking distance.

Q: Will there be someone there to check me in if I arrive early in the morning or late at night? We are now open 24/7 so there will always be someone to check you in. The Check in location is at the South building - 696 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, California, USA, 92651.
Q: What time is check in and check out? Check in time is after 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
Q: What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: For 14 West Boutique Hotel (North Building)
For a 100% refund the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email) but not the Credit Card Processing Fees, generally around 3%. 50% refund for cancellations at least 30 days in advance. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 30 days.

Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancellations at least 14 days in advance Guest. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
