Q: What is the layout of the North building Studios? Each studio in our hotel has a unique furnishing style and a full kitchenette and bed. You can also enjoy in some rooms a cozy seating area with either a sofa, lounge or dining set and a spacious walk-in closet. The rooms have the same layout, but different decorations.
Q: Is there a restaurant on-site? We do not have a restaurant on-site, however, there are tons of restaurant within walking distance.

Q: Will there be someone there to check me in if I arrive early in the morning or late at night? We are now open 24/7 so there will always be someone to check you in. The Check in location is at the South building - 696 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, California, USA, 92651.

Q: What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: For 14 West Boutique Hotel (North Building)
For a 100% refund the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email) but not the Credit Card Processing Fees, generally around 3%. 50% refund for cancellations at least 30 days in advance. No refund for cancellations within 30 days.
