14 West Hotel Policies

If you are planning to visit our hotel in Laguna Beach with your furry friend, please read our pet-friendly policies carefully. You can also find out the times for check-in and check-out, and the fees for parking your vehicle.

Check-In / Out

  • Check-in: Check-in time starts at 4 PM
  • Check-out: Check-out time is 10 AM
  • Check in location is at the Front Desk at 696 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, California; USA, 92651.

Children and extra beds

  • Children are welcome.
  • Kids stay free!
  • Up to 2 children stay free when using existing bedding.
  • Rollaway beds are available for USD $30 per day based on availability.
  • Cribs and Pack 'N Plays are available based on availability.

Pet Policies

Pets are subject to approval, and additional pet fees applies. Please, Cats are not allowed.

  • The pet fee varies between $100 - $200 per stay depending on the age, weight, and breed of the dog. Please contact the Front desk team to get approval for your dogs and the subsequent pet fee would be communicated to you.
  • We welcome all well-mannered, guests.
  • No more than two pets may occupy each guestroom.
  • Pets must be leashed or held in arms in all common areas and must be 25lbs. or less.
  • Please contact the hotel prior to arrival so we can adequately prepare to host your pet.

Additional Policies

  • Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
  • A cash deposit, credit card, or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification are required upon check-in.

  • Parking is included in the Resort fee, and you can make arrangements with the front desk team if you have more than one car for an additional parking fee at the South building Lor. Vehicle height restrictions apply.
